Providing Details

If you plan to sell items and require an ecommerce catalogue website, we do not accept any details taken directly from a wholesale site - please purchase your stock beforehand, to avoid any out-of-stock items being listed on your website.

Please provide your own photos, written details, audio and video files.

Illegal Material

In receiving material from you for inclusion on your website, we do not accept any copyrighted work, commercial audio, video or music files, and any such material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation. The exception being any copyrighted work relating directly to yourself or business that you have been given permission to display.

Other Unaccepted Material

We do not accept pornographic material, lewd or obscene content. We also do not accept any defamatory content, or content of a criminal or terrorist nature.

Unsolicited Email (Spam)

It is an illegal practice to issue unsolicited email known as ‘spam’, and is considered an unacceptable use of a domain. Please beware of this as your hosting agent may suspend your account. An example of spam would be issuing bulk emails to unknown lists of people.

Credit for Design/Creation

Wording along the lines of “Web design by Rubyen Limited” be placed in small type with a link at the bottom of your website,

Confirmation of Price Details

Please make sure you have a price or estimated price of the work to be carried out before transacting with us. This avoids any confusion in the event of final billing.

Billing & Payment

An initial 50% deposit is required before we can make a start on your web site, which is non-refundable.

On completion of your site, an invoice will be sent to you directly, and we would require the final balance before we can upload your site to the Internet.

Please settle your final balance within 14 working days of billing.
