Do I need to come and visit you before having my website set up?

Not necessary. For your convenience, you can simply email us your documents with photo attachments (preferably no smaller than 6” x 4” at 72 ppi, but don’t worry if you’re not sure about these details).

If you have physical photos you wish to send, I would suggest using Recorded Delivery (as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items in the post).

What type of file formats do you accept?

Digitised Phtographs:

Apple User please note: As we work in Windows, please convert your files to

If I want a shopping cart site how do I supply the details to you?

We do not accept any details taken directly from a wholesale site - please purchase your stock beforehand, to avoid any out-of-stock items being listed on your website.

PHOTOS

If you or someone you know has a digital camera, please take photos of your items, making them look inviting. If you are selling clothing items, please use a mannequin or hanger against a plain background, showing the item fully. Don’t forget, your visitors want to see fully what they are buying. You can have your photos put onto CD at a local photo developers, preferably in .jpeg format.

DETAILS

Having purchased your stock already, please provide full details, to allow us to include these options in the shopping cart, which will be more helpful to your visitor.

You can provide typewritten details in print and send them to us, or email us.

NOTE: Please send your CD and printed details to us by Recorded Delivery.

What is a Link?

A link can be a word or phrase (normally underlined in blue), it can also be a graphic or photo. You can have a link set up to take you to another page in your website.

An external link is normally a web address to someone else’s website. For example, if you have a hotel business, you may require a web page showing web address links to local attractions in your area for theatres, museums, restaurants etc.

TIP: Having links to many sites can help with getting traffic to your site and with your ranking in the search engines.
